Josh Frazier
Josh Frazier, a native of Southwest Missouri and resident of Dallas for the last 12 years, is a licensed Realtor in Texas. He is a member of The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and The Collin County Association of Realtors. Over a decade working in the corporate world of banking and mortgages led Josh to seek new challenges and quality of life. This led Josh to pursue a career in the real estate industry. After several successful years selling real estate in Dallas TX. Josh joined the 17 North team in San Pedro, Belize where he immediately knew he'd found his "big why". His love for La Isla Bonita and his desire to see others experience Belize met his love of real estate creating a perfect union. This avid traveler, adventurer, and explorer brings a dynamic set of sales, leadership, and customer service skills along with a proven record in real estate to the San Pedro, Belize team. John Wasson, a US licensed professional with several international certifications. including the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). one of less than 4,000 real estate professionals worldwide that have this qualification. He also has the NAR certification for Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). John is a member of the local NAR association, the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors, where he worked for 3 years on the International Committee and chaired the subcommittee for CIPS education.
